Job Summary: FLOPONOR S.A. is recruiting a Production Line Assistant (m/f) with experience to work in the forestry and industrial services sector, ensuring cleaning and unobstructed operation of the production line and timber yard, while also supporting safety and continuous improvement. In this context, we aim to recruit a Production Line Assistant (m/f) with experience. Job Description: * Follow instructions provided by the Supervisor; * Carry out and support operations required to ensure unobstructed operation and cleaning of the production line; * Ensure daily cleaning of the area surrounding the production line, as specified in the work plan; * Perform cleaning tasks appropriately located within the timber yard, as scheduled: sweeping, floor washing, removal of debris; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity level associated with the organizational environment; * Collaborate in identifying hazards and risks present in the workplace, as well as key environmental aspects and impacts; * Comply with and enforce all Safety, Health, and Environment procedures and best practices defined by the organization; * Participate in and contribute to the organization's continuous improvement and performance enhancement, in accordance with Sustainability criteria: Environmental, Social, and Governance; * Ensure proper use and care of resources assigned for performing job duties; * Ensure confidentiality of the organization's data and information.
