Multidisciplinary team At PConcept \- Engineering and Construction, a company specialized in civil construction and engineering, we are recruiting to integrate our team for the position of Junior Civil Engineer in the Almodôvar area. **Responsibilities:** \- Monitor and support the management of various construction phases, ensuring compliance with planning, quality standards, and established deadlines, in coordination with all project stakeholders; \- Collaborate in the selection and negotiation with suppliers and subcontractors, according to the specific requirements of each project; \- Assist in organizing and controlling resources required for work execution (labor, equipment, materials, and subcontracting); \- Support the preparation of construction control reports, analysis of deviations, and proposal of corrective measures whenever necessary; \- Participate in administrative process management and communication with clients, supervision entities, and external parties; \- Collaborate in supervising Quality, Safety, and Environmental conditions on site, promoting compliance with current regulations; \- Support preparation of measurement certificates for subcontractors and production certificates with the Client; \- Provide support in contractual management with the Client and construction supervision; \- Contribute to economic control of the contract, monitoring costs and supporting financial reporting. **Main Requirements:** \- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering; \- Strong sense of responsibility and goal-oriented mindset; \- Proficiency in Office, AutoCAD, and Project software; \- Solid knowledge of interpretation and reading of civil construction drawings; \- Regular attendance and punctuality; \- Sense of commitment; \- Immediate availability (preferred). **Benefits:** \- Integration into a dynamic and ambitious project; \- Competency development and personal and professional growth; \- Multidisciplinary team; \- Provision of work tools.
