




Job Summary: A professional to manage military ship projects, focusing on electrical installations—from design through execution and technical coordination—ensuring compliance and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Monitor and coordinate electrical installation projects from the initial phase. 2. Develop technical solutions, ensuring feasibility and compliance. 3. Ensure system compatibility and coordinate technical teams. Integrated within the New Construction Directorate, in the area of Military Ship Project Management, main responsibilities include: Within the technical domain of electrical installations (particularly electricity generation and distribution): * Monitor and coordinate from the initial project phase; size and conceptualize the architecture of electricity generation and distribution systems; * Develop technical solutions and/or coordinate them—from preliminary studies through execution—ensuring feasibility, safety, compliance with customer requirements, and suitability for construction methods; * Ensure compatibility among project systems, promoting technical coordination across various disciplines and analyzing risks associated with manufacturing, assembly, and future operation of structures or ships; * Prepare supporting technical documentation and/or coordinate its preparation—including calculation notes, descriptive reports, drawings for approval, manufacturing, and assembly; * Size, estimate, and specify equipment and materials, preparing technical documentation (specifications, material lists) for integration into the project and support to procurement, production, and planning departments; * Provide technical support during receipt of documents, components, and materials, ensuring compliance with technical requirements and project specifications; * Plan and coordinate development of assigned project tasks, ensuring adherence to deadlines, technical requirements, and defined objectives; * Assess project changes, analyzing technical, cost, and execution impacts, and propose solutions in coordination with the client and technical teams; * Participate in meetings with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies, proposing solutions and supporting technical approval of proposals and drawings; * Monitor 3D modeling of electrical systems and draw some systems under WestSea’s responsibility. What We Seek Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial and Computers Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent; Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, EPLAN/DesignSpark Electrical, and others; Proficiency in Office tools; Fluency in English (spoken and written); Organizational ability, dynamism, initiative, proactivity, sense of responsibility, and resilience;
