Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Labour Lawyer to play a strategic and critical role in business development, providing legal advisory services in Labour Law and supporting the company and Group entities in Portugal. A dynamic and collaborative work environment Securitas, the global leader in the private security sector—with strong emphasis on integrated technological security solutions and physical protection—is looking for a Senior Labour Lawyer to collaborate with its internal legal department. This professional will assume a strategic and critical role in business development. **Key Responsibilities:** * Collaborate within the Legal Department to provide legal advisory services in Labour Law to the company and Group entities headquartered in Portugal; * Provide legal support on labour compliance matters; * Draft, review, validate, and negotiate all types of employment contracts; * Prepare disciplinary procedures; * Monitor and manage litigation, including collaboration with external lawyers or other service providers; * Support internal training initiatives on relevant legal topics in Labour Law; * Contribute to identifying and mitigating risks arising from company activities. **Required Profile:** * University degree in Law and active membership in the Portuguese Bar Association; * 5\-7 years of experience in similar roles, including labour litigation practice, either at a law firm or as an in\-house lawyer; * Experience in other legal areas—such as corporate law, contracts, data protection, etc.—is advantageous; * Proficiency in computer applications from an end-user perspective; * Fluent English proficiency; * Good Spanish proficiency (preferred). **We Value:** * Proactivity; * Legal rigour and attention to detail; * Responsibility and ethical awareness; * Critical analytical ability and problem-solving skills; * Collaborative spirit and team-working capability; * Strong interpersonal communication skills; * Proactivity and autonomy. **What We Offer:** * Integration into a solid and industry-leading private security company; * Continuous training and professional development opportunities; * A dynamic and collaborative work environment; * Permanent employment contract; * Health insurance; * Base salary \+ CPAS; * Meal allowance. * Hybrid work arrangement. *We promote and support a diverse workforce at all levels of the organization.
