Reporting to the Quality Management, the role includes, **Quality:** * Analyze information related to processes, products, customers, and suppliers; * Define, together with quality management, procedures for implementing Quality Management Systems based on internal and external requirements and the current ISO 9001 standard; * Review and monitor Quality Indicators; * Participate in activities related to the development of new or existing products: conducting industrial tests, performing risk analysis, monitoring initial productions, and preparing all documentation; * Manage internal non-conformities and those from suppliers, customer complaints, and define corrective and preventive actions; * Conduct internal audits in technical/operational areas; * Plan and carry out supplier audits. **Environment:** * Ensure the organization complies with applicable environmental laws and regulations; * Develop and implement environmental management programs to reduce the organization's environmental impact; * Perform risk assessments and identify improvements; * Promote environmental awareness among employees and encourage sustainable practices in the workplace; **Occupational Health and Safety:** * Ensure the organization complies with applicable occupational health and safety legislation and regulations; * Develop and implement occupational health and safety programs; * Investigate accidents and safety incidents, analyze root causes, and propose preventive measures. **Required Profile:** * Professional or higher education in the field; * Knowledge of the English language; * Analytical skills; * Proactivity; * Autonomy, organizational and time management skills; * Experience in quality within the non-food industry is valued; * Computer literacy at user level is an advantage. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary according to the role; * Opportunity for learning in a dynamic environment; * Professional development; * Collaborative and friendly work environment.
