Development of high-quality partnerships and optimization of solutions **THE TEAM THAT WILL WELCOME YOU** Outsourcing \- Payroll **LOCATION** Lisbon **YOUR MISSION:** Act as a payroll processing consultant and partner for our clients. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Contribute to developing high-quality partnerships capable of optimizing client solutions; * Perform tasks related to client payroll processing; * Support preparation of applicable tax obligations; * Work with national and international systems and platforms ensuring *compliance* requirements. **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** * Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields; * Up to 2 years of professional experience in similar roles; * Good command of English, both spoken and written; * Proficiency in end-user computer applications, particularly Excel; * Team spirit and interest in embracing BDO’s culture; * External client orientation; * Goal orientation, planning and organizational skills, initiative, critical thinking, and analytical ability. **WHAT WOULD IMPRESS US?** * ERP system knowledge, particularly Primavera; * Knowledge of tax and labor legislation; * Natural aptitude for information technologies and interest in technological innovation. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Integration into a prestigious international firm ranked as the 5th largest Audit and Consulting firm in Portugal and globally; * Permanent employment contract; * Competitive salary package aligned with candidate profile and professional experience; * Opportunity for professional career advancement. * Permanent * Full-time * Hybrid (1050\-068, Lisbon, Portugal)
