**Responsibilities** --------------------- * Analyze customer reservations and fleet availability across various stations to ensure all locations have the vehicles selected by customers in optimal operating and presentation condition; * Organize the station so that vehicles are parked by groups, optimizing space and time during vehicle handover to customers; * Arrange and authorize vehicle transfers, create transfer records, and inform subcontracted staff, if necessary, of upcoming movements; * Conduct internal audits by randomly checking vehicles and cross-referencing with existing computer records; * Report mechanical issues communicated by customers upon vehicle return, assess the vehicle's condition, request towing and send it to the workshop, verify mileage and fuel level, and issue refueling instructions if needed; * Activate on the platform the status of vehicles ready for dispatch, notifying subcontracted staff to position the vehicles appropriately within the parking area; * Ensure vehicles carry all required documentation to comply with legal and internal regulations; * Deliver vehicles to customers, explaining specific vehicle features and answering questions when necessary; * Perform vehicle check-ins upon customer return, inspecting and recording any damages; * Enter Sixt-conducted refueling vouchers into the system for cost control; * Monthly analysis of refueling reports, cross-checking data with system entries to detect and correct errors; * Monthly submission of Via Verde device information per station for inventory tracking; * Remove vehicles from the platform upon notification from Central Services regarding scheduled maintenance, making them unavailable for rent, and instruct subcontracted staff to deliver them to the workshop; * Carry out other unspecified tasks essential to achieving objectives and ensuring smooth operation of Sixt. **Profile** ---------- * Compulsory minimum education (12th grade); * Minimum of 1 year professional experience, preferably with fleet management knowledge; * English language skills; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Class B driver's license. **We Offer** -------------- * Integration into a solid and reputable group currently implementing multiple growth projects; * Training and opportunities for professional and personal development; * Real career progression opportunities based on performance and demonstrated competencies; * Good working conditions and social benefits (Health Insurance and Life Insurance).
