Responsibilities: * Perform maintenance activities on rolling stock related to general overhaul operations and associated workshop equipment. Requirements: * Availability to work under a rotating shift schedule and rotating days off (mandatory); * Educational qualifications at the 9th-grade level in Electricity / Electromechanics or Electrotechnology (preferred); * Physical and mental fitness for performing the role (mandatory); * Possession of a valid driver's license (preferred); * Critical, rigorous, constructive, and cooperative mindset; * Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and proactivity; * Continuous learning and improvement; * Teamwork; * Productivity and efficiency; * Compliance with safety regulations.
