Job Summary: upK is seeking an Electrical Engineer to coordinate and lead Contractual General Maintenance Services in shopping malls, with a focus on planning, team management, and resource optimization. Contribution to quality, environment, and safety management upK, a company specialized in Maintenance Management, is seeking 1 Electrical Engineer to work in Sacavém for the coordination and leadership of Contractual General Maintenance Services \- Shopping Malls. Responsibilities: Plan corrective and preventive intervention actions in coordination with customer expectations; Promote an efficient interface between customers and upK, based on ethical, responsible, and effective conduct by field service technicians; Develop the Technical Staff Training Plan; Optimize material and logistical resources both qualitatively and quantitatively to ensure proper service operation; Conduct inquiries with national and international suppliers; Negotiate prices and commercial terms; Evaluate suppliers; Participate in internal Quality audits; Promote and conduct periodic reviews with technicians to enhance maintenance quality; Gather feedback from customers and maintenance technicians to promote and achieve established objectives; Collaborate in drafting comprehensive maintenance contracts for service units; Monitor the implementation and development of maintenance plans; Prepare preventive maintenance plans for each unit; Provide technical advisory support and budgetary control of operations; Positively contribute to implementing the Quality, Environment, and Safety Management System (QESMS) according to one's role and collaborators, ensuring compliance with legal and other requirements and continuous QESMS improvement; Ensure that team leaders implement the QES Management System, complying with legal and other requirements and driving continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; Proactive; Strong communication and teamwork skills.
