




Location: Lisbon, PT Functional Family: Sustainability \& Processes M/F **Mission** ---------- Ensure the definition and execution of cost planning and control activities within the Business Engineering Department, particularly regarding project monitoring and cost control, budget analysis, inputs and awarding processes, guaranteeing compliance with current legislation, resource optimization, production of information to support decision-making and value creation for the Group, acting in accordance with the Group's ethics and Casais values. **Main Responsibilities** -------------------------------- 1\) Support site management in defining the strategic execution plan (PEE) and its financial planning (OMCs); 2\) Ensure the updating and monitoring of projects in EPPM *(Enterprise Project*, Portfolio *Management*); 3\) Monitor accurate data recording, contributing to the quality and reliability of analytical information, and support project managers/site directors in preparing monthly reporting; 4\) Maintain updated databases of economic indices and perform price revision calculations; 5\) Disseminate best practices in cost planning and control to ensure a homogeneous *modus operandi* across all operations; 6\) Monitor actual costs against budget, identify deviations, and support analytical corrections; 7\) Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and procedures. **Requirements** -------------- 1\) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics or Management; 2\) Proficiency in English; 3\) Previous experience in similar roles.
