You will serve as the essential link among technology, healthcare professionals, and patients, guaranteeing that every interaction occurs with quality, trust, and simplicity. **Your Day\-to\-Day:** * Supporting the operation of healthcare units in the Algueirão\-Mem Martins area; * Organizing materials and resources required for clinical practice; * Ensuring equipment is ready for the start of teleconsultations; * Organizing and sharing patient records on the telemedicine platform prior to consultations, ensuring transparency and accuracy; * Preparing and delivering essential documents to patients after each consultation; * Assisting the administrative team with tasks such as appointment scheduling and calendar verification; * Supporting patients during reception, orientation, and internal referrals within the unit; * Collaborating with the entire team to ensure service quality and efficiency. **Your Profile:** * Experience in operational roles, ideally within healthcare or customer service; * Strong sense of responsibility and organizational skills; * Good communication ability and enthusiasm for teamwork; * Availability to work in Algueirão\-Mem Martins. * Availability to work shifts during the following hours: * + Monday to Friday: Between 9 AM \- 6 PM **Nice to Have:** * Immediate availability.
