We are seeking a professional for customer service and reception, responsible for vehicle scheduling, reception and delivery, management of repair orders and quotations, and sales of additional services.

CARDAN has 60 years of experience in the automotive sector, operating across the Minho, Greater Porto, and Vale do Sousa regions, with multiple commercial and after-sales service facilities.
We offer a comprehensive and diversified range of mobility solutions, including the sale of new vehicles (Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Hyundai, Jeep, Kia, Maxus, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Peugeot, Fuso, and Isuzu), as well as multi-brand used and nearly-new vehicles, short- and long-term vehicle leasing, and maintenance services, among others.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Customer service,
* Vehicle scheduling, reception, and delivery,
* Management of repair orders and communication with the workshop;
* Management of quotations for customers and insurance companies;
* Sales of additional services.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Experience in customer service;
* Interest in sales and strong communication skills;
* Goal-oriented mindset;
* Computer literacy;
* Planning and organizational skills;
* Ambition, perseverance, and sense of responsibility;
