Opportunity for career progression Job Description: A 4-star hotel seeks to strengthen its Restaurant & Bar team by hiring a Second Waiter/Waitress. We are looking for professionals with experience in table service, strong customer orientation, and enthusiasm for the hospitality and foodservice industry. Main Responsibilities: Ensure table and bar service according to the hotel's defined standards; Prepare, organize, and maintain the dining area during all service periods; Receive and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner; Record orders and serve food and beverages; Ensure cleanliness, organization, and restocking of work areas; Comply with HACCP procedures and hygiene and safety regulations; Collaborate with Kitchen, Bar, and Front Office teams to ensure efficient service. Candidate Profile: Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles, preferably within the hospitality industry; Knowledge of Foodservice/Hospitality and HACCP; Strong communication and customer service skills; Professional appearance and demeanor; Sense of responsibility, dynamism, and teamwork; Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays; Fluent Portuguese and basic English proficiency.
