This is a **commercial position with sales targets**, but with a **strong focus on furniture, interior decoration**, and **interior design consulting**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Greet and assist customers in-store; * Understand each customer’s needs, preferences, and objectives; * Recommend furniture solutions suitable for space, style, and budget; * Present products, materials, finishes, and available options; * Prepare commercial proposals and follow up on the sales process; * Contribute to the store’s commercial goals; * Support showroom and warehouse organization, ensuring attractive presentation of spaces; * Manage store inventory; * Coordinate with internal teams as needed. **Essential Requirements for this Role:** * **Availability to work weekends and holidays** (mandatory); * **Interest in furniture, interiors, and home solutions**; * Enjoyment of direct customer interaction; * Strong communication and advisory skills; * **Aesthetic sensitivity** and attention to detail; * Organization, proactivity, and sense of responsibility; * **Sales experience**, personalized customer service, furniture, and decoration; * Education in interior design, decoration, product design, or related fields — not mandatory but advantageous.
