The selected candidate’s primary responsibility is to ensure the service quality required by the Group, complying with all standards and procedures, and guaranteeing overall customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Provide food and beverage service to guests/customers; * Ensure recruitment, training, and management of team members; * Organize service operations, including scheduling; * Manage reservations and control stock levels; * Prepare and monitor departmental ratios; * Process, issue, and verify departmental bills and consumption records; * Ensure customer loyalty through the team’s professional conduct. **Requirements:** * Professional qualification in Hospitality/Catering; * Proven experience in similar roles (minimum 3 years); * English proficiency; French is preferred, and knowledge of other languages is valued; * Solid user-level knowledge of Office applications and the Internet; * Customer service excellence orientation; * Results-driven and effectiveness-oriented mindset; * Strong commercial and numerical aptitude; * Excellent knowledge of HACCP; * Strong communication skills; * Good organizational and leadership abilities; * Availability for rotating and shift-based schedules. **Will we naturally stand out together?
