QA Test Manager (French Speaker)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Quality Analyst/Test Lead to coordinate testing activities, manage QA teams, and define testing strategies. Key Highlights: 1. Organizational culture grounded in strong values What We Are Looking For: * Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quality Analyst and/or Test Lead; * Proven experience coordinating testing activities and managing QA teams; * Solid knowledge of ALM Octane, Jira, QC, and Yest; * Experience managing TNR scope (e.g., Dommages) and supervising test execution (recette); * Ability to define testing strategies, develop test plans, and lead test campaigns; * Test automation knowledge is highly valued; * Strong experience in stakeholder management, facilitating meetings, and project tracking; * ISTQB Test Manager certification is a plus; * Insurance industry experience is valued; * Fluency in French and English.
