Your responsibilities will include: * Ensuring mold assembly and startup according to the production plan; * Adjusting and controlling injection parameters and auxiliary equipment in accordance with process technical specifications; * Monitoring the production cycle to ensure process quality and stability; * Identifying defects in the injection process; * Collaborating with Quality, Process Engineering, and Maintenance departments. **Qualifications** * Proven experience as a mold injection technician (automotive sector preferred); * Knowledge of injection molding machines and plastic transformation processes; * Analytical and problem-solving skills; * Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and teamwork; * Spanish language proficiency (preferred but not mandatory).
