QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, or similar; Leadership, planning, communication, and negotiation skills; Manufacturing or production experience preferred; Strong problem\-solving skills and independence; Knowledge of Excel and ERP systems; Responsible, proactive, and highly organized.
