Currently, Flagworld Hotels operates a total of 27 hotels and resorts with approximately 1,800 rooms, both nationally and internationally. We are currently recruiting for our Santarém unit for the position of: **Receptionist (M/F)** Required Profile * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role * Education: High school diploma (12th grade) or higher education * Language fluency: English and French (mandatory requirement) * Spanish / French / Italian / German (advantageous) * Knowledge of Protel and SiteMinder * Dynamic, proactive, communicative, and responsible individual * Flexibility and availability for various working hours (including night shifts) * Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for customer interaction * Ability to work effectively and manage stress * Team spirit * Punctuality and attendance If you meet the above requirements, please send your application to rh@flagworld.pt Type of position: Full-time Salary: €14,000.00 – €15,000.00 per year Experience: * Front desk: 1 year (preferred) Work location: On-site
