Your challenge: * Lead and motivate the front-of-house team; * Ensure excellent service and a distinctive experience for every guest; * Organize and supervise daily operations; * Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and hospitality; * Manage reservations, service flow, and resolution of operational issues; * Collaborate closely with the kitchen; * Actively contribute to the growth and evolution of the project.
