Prestigious and centrally located workplace We are recruiting a Head Bartender to join a prestigious food and beverage establishment in central Lisbon. We seek an experienced professional passionate about hospitality, capable of delivering excellent service while ensuring beverage preparation and presentation meet the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Preparation and service of cocktails, spirits, wines, and other beverages; Customer service at the bar counter and in the dining area; Ensuring proper organization and cleanliness of the bar; Stock management and replenishment; Product control and storage; Compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations; Supporting the team whenever necessary to ensure smooth operations. Requirements Proven experience as a Head/Assistant Bartender; Knowledge of mixology and preparation of classic and contemporary cocktails; Excellent communication skills and customer orientation; Professional appearance and demeanor; Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team; English language proficiency (mandatory); additional languages are an asset; Availability for rotating shifts.
