As part of its growth strategy, the company seeks to hire a **Grinding and Micronization Operator** to ensure continuous operation of the grinding and micronization line, guaranteeing compliance with defined production and quality parameters under safe conditions, and contributing to the reliability and availability of the unit located in **Redinha, Pombal**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate the grinding and micronization line according to established procedures * Monitor process parameters and adjust operations according to product specifications * Perform line startup, shutdown, and product changeovers * Support preventive and first-level maintenance tasks * Carry out cleaning tasks for facilities and equipment * Identify abnormal situations and take corrective action or immediately report them * Conduct visual and/or laboratory quality checks on the product * Comply with the company’s Hygiene and Occupational Safety regulations **Requirements:** * Industrial experience and interest in the industrial sector (preferred) * Compulsory education level (preferred) * Prior experience in grinding, micronization, or similar processes (valued) * Behavioral profile characterized by a strong sense of responsibility and autonomy, dynamism, attention to detail, and pronounced team spirit * Availability to work rotating shifts * Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks * Immediate availability **We Offer:** * Integration into a solid and industry-leading company * One-year renewable employment contract, followed by permanent employment subject to performance evaluation * Health insurance after six months * Daily meal allowance of €10.46 via meal card * Continuous training and opportunities for professional development * A safe, collaborative work environment focused on valuing people **Applicants should send their CV to:** rh@whiteminerals.pt Work Location: On-site
