Recruitment \| Networking Technical Manager Real Life Technologies is a leading integrator in Portugal, with extensive expertise in Information and Communication Technologies, and a Cisco Gold Partner holding all Cisco Advanced Technologies specializations, namely Advanced Unified Communications, Advanced Security, Advanced Wireless LAN, and Advanced Datacenter Networking Infrastructure. Main Responsibilities: \- Planning, implementation, and operation of corporate client network infrastructures, ensuring high availability, performance, and security; \- Designing network architectures, performing advanced configurations on switching and routing equipment, conducting migrations, and monitoring environment stability; \- Analyzing complex incidents to identify root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions in large-scale networks; \- Integrating network security solutions; \- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on national and international projects. Required Profile: * Solid experience in network administration and network engineering, including enterprise-scale switching and routing operations; * Advanced knowledge of troubleshooting and diagnosing network connectivity, performance, and stability issues; * Strong network security skills with hands-on experience in firewalls, VPNs, and access control policies; * Ability to design and implement comprehensive network designs covering network topologies, capacity planning, and high availability. * Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; Cisco certifications such as CCNP or higher are desirable; * Minimum 7 years of experience in Cisco-based routing and switching (WAN and LAN); * Proven solid knowledge of Cisco ACI and SD-WAN, with minimum 2 years of experience; Location: Lisbon (city center) 100% On-site work, with possibility of hybrid mode after 6 months (minimum) If you believe you match this profile, please send your CV to leonor.ribeiro@reallife.pt Or do you know someone who fits the ideal profile?
