Our client is seeking for professional and ambitious personnel to work in Portugal.* **Key responsabilities:** * Answering all customer inquiries by phone and in writing ; * Providing excellent advice and prompt assistance on topics such as product selection, ordering, payment methods, delivery, exchanges, and warranties; * Responding to customer inquiries via social media channels; * Cross\-selling and upselling (additional sales) of products after providing assistance or advice to the customer.
