Main responsibilities include: * Experience in table service and bar service. * Customer reception and proactive reservation management. * Ensuring service excellence and maximum customer satisfaction. * Resolving adverse situations and directly managing daily operations. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of experience in dining room coordination (mandatory). * English fluency (essential for the Porto market). * Strong communication skills. * Proactive, organized attitude with attention to detail. * Availability for restaurant working hours (almost always consecutive shifts). * Immediate availability. **We Offer:** * Stable employment contract and solid project. * Base salary + meal allowance. * **Days Off: Weekly and on weekends (on a rotating basis).** * Positive work environment and integration into a dynamic team.
