Summary: This role involves managing the daily operation of building Manufacturing Bills of Material (M-BoM) within the Documentation Excellence department, ensuring delivery according to plan. Collaborate effectively in a global environment **Vestas Technology \& Operations \> Research \& Development \> Documentation Excellence** The Construction Bill of Material team is part of the Documentation Excellence department located in Vestas Technology \& Operations, R\&D, in the function Value Chain Services. It is a global function handling Engineering Change Management and responsible for creating and managing the Bills of Materials and Routings for Construction. That means handling tasks that affect various parts of the organization, throughout the value chain interacting with sales, design, sourcing, manufacturing and service. **Responsibilities** * Manage the daily operation of building Manufacturing Bills of Material (M\-BoM) in our PLM system, PTC Windchill * Review task scope provided in Change Notices * Creating and tracking relevant Problem Reports for Engineering Changes to Design or M\-BoM * Maintaining an overview of the status of M\-BoM deliveries * Reporting the progress on the M\-BoM deliveries * Ensuring close team members are delivering according to the plan * Leading the onboarding of new\-joiners in the M\-BoM area * Supporting maintenance of documentation of how we work in the team * Supporting continuous improvement in the team **Qualifications** * BSc in Engineering or a similar field * High proficiency in English, both spoken and written * Experience working with BoMs and/or a solid understanding of BoMs * Experience working with wind turbines or in a similar industry/environment (e.g. aerospace, automotive, manufacturing) * Experience within and a general understanding of Engineering Change Management * Knowledge of and experience with PTC Windchill or another PLM system * Knowledge of and experience with SAP or another ERP system * Onshore and offshore wind industry product knowledge (preferred) * Basic Windchill system knowledge **Competencies** * Effective communication skills * Solid stakeholder management skills * Solid understanding of the value chain * Motivated and able to take initiative * Customer\-focused mindset * Structured way of working with high attention to detail * Ability to manage own tasks while collaborating effectively with colleagues * Manages and is accountable for deliverables * Good quality mindset ("do it right the first time and every time") * Cultural awareness and ability to collaborate effectively in a global environment. **What we offer** We offer a place where your aspirations for continuous learning can come true.
