As part of this growth, we are recruiting a Project Manager / Architect to join one of our stores—strengthening the local team and contributing to consolidating the brand in the region. Each project is more than construction—it’s real impact on people’s lives. **The Mission** As a Project Manager / Architect, you will be responsible for accompanying the client from the first contact through to project award. You will play a consultative, technical, and commercial role, ensuring: * Rigorous interpretation of client needs * Development of functional and aesthetically appropriate solutions * Realistic technical and budgetary framing * Compliance with brand standards * A professional, clear, and results-oriented experience * You will be a key driver in converting opportunities into awarded projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct the initial technical and commercial contact with the client * Analyze client needs, budget, and expectations * Assess the technical feasibility of the renovation * Support the technical survey alongside the Construction Manager * Assist in selecting materials and design solutions * Prepare and present detailed, transparent budgets * Prepare the award process * Ensure a structured handover to the construction team * Guarantee an excellence-level experience throughout the entire process **What We Offer** * Integration into a rapidly expanding brand with an innovative and differentiated vision in the renovation sector. * Gross salary above market average, commensurate with demonstrated experience. * Meal allowance at the maximum legal amount, delivered via benefits card. * Monthly variable component indexed to store revenue.
