Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Administrator to manage the order cycle, invoicing, and customer support within an architecture and construction company. Key Highlights: 1. We select and represent technical and decorative materials and support projects from specification through execution, in coordination with our network of partners. We are recruiting a Commercial Administrator to strengthen our team, ensuring operational management of orders, invoicing, and customer support. **Position** Commercial Administrator **Responsibilities** * Manage the full order cycle, from receipt to delivery; * Issue and monitor invoices; * Manage the BCM client portfolio; * Liaise with the warehouse to track and coordinate orders; * Request and analyze freight quotations; * Prepare status reports on order progress (ETA). **Requirements** * Minimum qualification: Completion of secondary education (12th grade); * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar administrative roles; * Logistics training is considered an asset; * PHC software knowledge is valued but not mandatory; * Proficiency in Excel, particularly in data organization, analysis, and processing; * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities; * Rigorous, proactive, and detail-oriented profile; * Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. **We Offer** * Employment contract; * Monthly gross salary between €1,000 and €1,100; * Integration into a solid and growing company; * Structured and collaborative professional environment; * Opportunity for professional development within the company.
