Location: PT Functional Family: Preparation, Design and Industrialization M/F **Family Mission** --------------------- Ensure the definition and implementation of production techniques used in the project, development and preparation of execution elements within the Casais Group, following the quality standards defined by the Group, while acting in accordance with the Group's ethics and Casais values. **Main Responsibilities** -------------------------------- 1\) Prepare and draw project and construction support plans using computer-aided design software, according to the project and topographic survey data; 2\) Check for possible architectural, structural and specialist coordination clashes between project components, distribute drawings to the respective site management team, ensure their understanding, provide technical support and clarify any doubts; 3\) Monitor construction progress, verify compliance with technical specifications and carry out necessary revisions, providing requested drawing documentation to different departments through verification, updating and correction of the project dossier, performing document control of described components, incorporating changes and organizing drawings according to different project stages; 4\) Digitize and classify project documents in a digital process management system (Procore or other), and train the construction team on its use; 5\) Produce supporting documentation to assist Site Management in compiling subcontractor inquiry dossiers; 6\) Develop, where appropriate, BIM models of parts (or the entire project), including rendering and virtual simulations, to ensure clash detection and improved communication on site; 7\) Participate in the development of strategic execution plans and operational strategic planning; 8\) Monitor and inspect Quality and Safety processes, ensuring adherence to the principles and procedures of the Quality, Environment and Safety Management System. **Requirements** -------------- * Management Experience (in years): No prior experience required * Professional Experience (in years): 3 to 5 years * English - Intermediate **Education** ------------ * Education Level: Level 6 - Higher Education (Bachelor's Degree) * Preferred Field of Study: Architecture, Engineering, or similar; **Mandatory Certifications / Licenses** ----------------------------------------- * Order of Engineers * Order of Architects **At Casais Group we ensure our team members have:** * Employee Assistance Programs; * Collaboration with flexible and dynamic teams that encourage your learning / knowledge development; * Future Vision: growth, evolution, industrialization, sustainability; * Annual activities promoting engagement among colleagues / companies / markets; * Benefits and Agreements; * Safety Culture.
