IBC is recruiting a **Junior Communication and Marketing Technician** (M/F/D) for a non-profit institution.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Create and review editorial and digital content.
* Participate in email marketing and content marketing strategies and campaigns.
* Write creative and informative texts (copywriting).
* Manage and activate social media channels.
* Support event organization.
* Communicate with partners and suppliers.
**Profile Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field (mandatory requirement).
* Knowledge of design tools such as Canva (or similar).
* Excellent writing and editing skills.
* Proficiency in English (mandatory).
* Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
* Organizational skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
* Strong communication skills across diverse teams and audiences.
* Availability to travel domestically and internationally (occasionally).
