Work-life balance Join Axians, where innovation grows on trust and autonomy, and every challenge is an opportunity to build technology with impact. **TECHNICAL LEAD SAP (SPANISH)** **What we are looking for** We seek a professional with solid technical expertise in SAP, responsible for designing complex solutions, ensuring the technological evolution of applications, and supporting strategic digital transformation initiatives—aligning business needs with best technological practices. **Your day-to-day responsibilities** * Design and implement complex SAP solutions, focusing on PM and PPM modules; * Analyze functional and technical requirements, proposing scalable and sustainable solutions; * Support technical teams in defining architectures and development best practices; * Participate in strategic projects for technological transformation and modernization; * Identify opportunities to improve and optimize existing applications; * Develop and maintain technical documentation for applications; * Manage and prioritize technical debt backlog; * Define and monitor infrastructure change requests required for solution evolution; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary and international teams in an Agile environment; * Ensure high standards of quality, security, and compliance, including GDPR. **Your key competencies** * Solid SAP experience, especially in PM and PPM modules; * Hands-on experience with technologies associated with managed applications; * Ability to design and implement complex solutions; * Strong analytical skills and problem-solving orientation; * Excellent written and verbal communication skills; * Ability to work collaboratively in global teams; * High commitment to delivery quality; * Experience in strategic and technological transformation projects; * Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities market; * Familiarity with Agile methodologies; * Experience with JIRA and Confluence tools (preferred). **Your key qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field; * Up to 15 years of professional experience in the technology, platform, or framework specified for this role; * Technical background as an SAP consultant or developer; * Experience in the energy and utilities sector is preferred; * Spanish is mandatory; * English is mandatory; * Portuguese is preferred; **What we offer:** **Stable professional career** Working on Axians projects makes you a valuable asset—and we aim to provide stability through a secure career path. **Career progression opportunities** You will have access to training programs and new certifications to further enhance your skills.
