**The Opportunity**
As a **Senior Actuarial Analyst**, you’ll play a key role in mentoring and developing junior team members while acting as a **subject matter expert on pensions**. You'll be responsible for guiding colleagues and overseeing actuarial work. Your main functions will be:
* **Provide actuarial and data services** to the pensions market as part of a collaborative team.
* **Act as an expert** in technical actuarial matters related to pensions.
* **Analyze and produce reports** based on client needs and business requirements.
* **Process and validate data** with precision, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
* **Manage projects effectively**, planning and prioritizing tasks.
* **Track progress** on daily, weekly, and monthly project deliverables.
* **Identify risks and issues**, escalating them when necessary.
* **Build strong relationships** with consulting office teams.
* **Support team members**, mentoring junior colleagues and assisting senior stakeholders.
* **Stay up to date** with regulatory and industry developments.
**Qualifications**

**our Profile:**
* **FIA qualified** or making strong exam progress
* **Proven experience** in actuarial valuation work and/or actuarial consultancy.
* **Deep knowledge of Pensions**, particularly legislative requirements and complexities in European markets.
* **Strong analytical and reconciliation skills** in Excel
* **Up\-to\-date awareness of industry trends** and how they impact clients
* **Excellent written and verbal communication skills**, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
* **Meticulous attention to detail** and commitment to quality
* **Problem\-solving mindset** with the ability to analyze complex data
