Opportunity for career growth and additional training in specialized tasks Our Dutch partner, one of the largest logistics service providers for major Dutch online retailers, is seeking motivated Warehouse Operators to join their team in Tilburg. This is an excellent opportunity to start a stable and long-term career in logistics, with various roles available (order picking, inbound, returns, etc.), where you can grow within the company and even receive additional training for more specialized tasks. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries; Prepare and process orders using voice-picking technology (headset) or scanner; Assist with loading/unloading goods and dispatching to trucks; Perform quality control and return verification; report any defects to the shift supervisor; Support inbound and outbound logistics operations; Ensure safety and accuracy in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. The base salary for this position is €14.57/hour. Employees also receive overtime allowances (+25% after 40–42 hours, +50% after 42 hours). This is a long-term employment opportunity with progression potential in a modern and well-organized warehouse. Work is conducted on a rotating 3-shift schedule (morning, afternoon, night), Monday through Sunday. Overtime may be required during peak activity periods. Please note that the job may involve physically demanding tasks (packing, picking, consolidation). Employees must also feel comfortable working at heights if assigned tasks in such contexts. Requirements Clean criminal record (to be submitted within 6 weeks of starting); Good physical condition – ability to stand and walk throughout shifts; Flexibility and punctuality regarding tasks and work schedules; Team spirit and strong communication skills; Availability to work on Sundays and be on standby when necessary, with additional staff.
