Prospects for personal and professional development IMAN, a multinational human resources management specialist, is recruiting a Warehouse Operator (M/F) for a client company located in Porto Alto. Main Responsibilities: Order preparation and picking according to work orders or computer systems; Product collection in the warehouse using lists, PDAs, or logistics management systems; Item verification (quantity, reference, and condition) prior to packaging; Packaging and labeling of orders for shipment; Stock organization and replenishment in the warehouse; Assistance with loading and unloading goods; Compliance with safety, hygiene, and workplace organization standards; Collaboration with the logistics team to ensure on-time shipment deadlines; Supporting production activities within the warehouse environment; Performing other duties inherent to the role as required. Requirements: Minimum educational qualification: completion of 12th grade; Proficiency in using information technologies; Previous experience in warehouse operations (mandatory); Experience in picking operations within a warehouse environment; Experience operating a reach truck (mandatory); Valid driver's license; Residence in the Porto Alto area (preferred); Our Best Offer: Join a solid and dynamic company with a strong team spirit and unity; Employment contract; Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, with fixed weekend days off; Compensation package: Base salary (€920) + meal allowance (€10.00/day via meal card); Opportunities for challenges and continuous growth; Prospects for personal and professional development.
