1) SALARY / BASE WORKING HOURS UPON JOINING THE COMPANY Activity 1: Driver providing travel assistance services and transporting individuals to clinics for medical consultations and physiotherapy sessions, as part of travel assistance services, using standard vehicles, taxis, and/or TVDE vehicles. Activity 2: Driver providing travel assistance services for emergency medical care (first aid), or operating vehicles that tow damaged or accident-involved vehicles. Offered salary: €1,000 gross monthly salary, including 12th-month bonus, for: - 12 hours per day (8:00–20:00); working hours may vary for towing operations; for assistance services, hours vary depending on assignments but generally remain within this range; - no additional pay for unsocial hours or weekends; all days are treated equally; - employer covers both employee and employer statutory contributions; - formal employment contract provided; - one weekly day off (Saturday or Sunday; alternative day must be communicated in advance); - working hours are not fixed; shifts begin with the first assignment at the client’s door, typically falling between 08:00 and 20:00, depending on service requirements; - performance-based bonuses apply (see evaluation criteria); - overtime compensated either as additional time off or monetary payment; - compensation provided for worked days off; - if holding a TVDE license, an additional 15%–20%–25% commission applies on monthly revenue generated.
