About the Role: We seek an experienced professional to actively manage shipments and carriers, directly impacting business profitability. A results-oriented role offering full autonomy and growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Daily shipment management (Timocom, Wtransnet, etc.) Freight rate negotiation with clients and carriers Planning and monitoring of international transports Development of carrier network Resolution of operational incidents Optimization of margins in operations Candidate Profile: Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or international transportation Experience with freight exchanges Strong negotiation skills and quick response capability Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented profile Comfort working in a dynamic, high-pressure environment We especially value candidates with: Existing client portfolio Established carrier network Experience in shipment management What We Offer: Base salary + attractive commissions (uncapped) Full geographic flexibility (100% remote) Autonomy and direct responsibility for results Integration into a growing operation Important Note: Performance-driven role.
