Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Operations Supervisor to manage and optimize logistics operations, lead teams of subcontracted drivers, and maintain communication with institutional clients. Maintain close communication with institutional clients We are recruiting a Logistics Operations Supervisor for the logistics sector to manage and optimize daily operations, ensuring efficiency and strict adherence to deadlines. You will be responsible for leading teams of subcontracted drivers and maintaining close communication with institutional clients. Your responsibilities - Manage and optimize logistics operations to maximize efficiency; - Supervise, manage, and support teams of subcontracted drivers; - Maintain close contact and ongoing follow-up with institutional clients. Requirements - Secondary education (12th grade); - Strong analytical skills and process optimization orientation; - Solid leadership and effective communication skills; - Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement; - Proficiency in written and spoken Portuguese; - Experience in people management and teamwork; - Availability for working hours from 09:00 to 18:00, with two rotating weekly days off and work on 1–2 weekends per month, with Mondays and Tuesdays off. What we offer - Base salary: 1035.00€; - Meal allowance: 6.50€; - Additional 200.00€ complement for IHT; - A work environment that values closeness and collective growth.
