Opportunity for performance-based salary increase We Are Recruiting – Light Vehicle Driver / Multifunctional Operator – Immediate Start – Fernão Ferro We are looking for a collaborator to perform driver and operational, administrative, and logistical support duties, with immediate integration. Responsibilities: Driving light vehicles and commercial vans; Loading and unloading food products and construction materials; Warehouse organization and site support; Support in internal and external administrative tasks; Assistance in in-store customer service and sales; Logistics organization and general operational support. Mandatory Requirements: Age between 20 and 45 years; Proven experience driving light vehicles/vans; Good physical capacity for loading and unloading goods; High sense of responsibility, attendance, and punctuality; Residence near the area (limited public transport); Immediate availability. Preferred Profile: Experience in multifunctional roles; Organizational skills and autonomy; Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers; Initiative and willingness to work. Terms: Initial working hours: Monday to Saturday, from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM; After probation period: Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Initial remuneration: €1,000 net; After 2 months: €1,200 net; Opportunity for salary increase starting from the 3rd month, subject to performance; Integration into a growing company.
