Availability for work outside standard hours on an ad-hoc basis, whenever operational needs justify it—particularly during morning, evening, or weekend shifts. . Weekend work is typically required approximately once per month, subject to adjustments based on the company’s operational requirements. Responsibilities: - Transport service users and clients according to received instructions (schedule); - Collect and deliver documents and/or medications as needed; - Ensure adherence to assigned schedules and routes, maintaining service punctuality; - Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and in good working condition; - Support service users whenever necessary, providing courteous, professional, and respectful assistance; - Collaborate with the company’s department on tasks compatible with this role, upon request. Candidate Profile: - Prior experience in the field; - Proactive and autonomous; - Empathy and courtesy; - Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure; - Team spirit; - Willingness to occasionally work outside normal hours, if required; - Valid Category B driving license; - Immediate availability.
