Our client is seeking dedicated Reach Truck Drivers to join their modern cheese packaging and cutting center in Leerdam. In this role, you will be part of a large logistics team (approximately 400 employees from over 30 countries), responsible for handling and organizing globally recognized cheese brands such as Frico and Milner. Key Responsibilities Product Handling: Operate the reach truck safely and efficiently to transport goods to correct locations. Safety & Maintenance Checks: Conduct daily safety and operational inspections of the reach truck, reporting any anomalies. Warehouse Organization: Help maintain a clean, organized warehouse compliant with safety protocols. The base salary for this position is €17.13 gross per hour, with a rich structure of bonuses and allowances. Allowances Overtime: +30% for hours worked beyond the standard 36-hour workweek. Requirements & Qualifications Certification: Valid reach truck certification is mandatory. Experience: Prior experience in warehouse logistics or technical production. Language: Good command of English or Dutch. Flexibility: Full availability to work under a strict weekly rotating 3-shift system (morning/afternoon/night, Monday to Friday).
