Job Summary: Vertente Humana is recruiting an Operational Team Leader (M/F) for an environmental sector company to coordinate, supervise, and manage teams and activities related to urban waste collection and cleaning. Responsibilities: - Coordinate and supervise work teams, ensuring task completion and problem resolution; - Assign tasks and oversee urban waste collection and cleaning services; - Ensure compliance with administrative procedures; - Manage the delivery and maintenance of equipment, uniforms, and accessories; - Report work progress to the Supervisor and communicate abnormal situations; - Inform employees of their rights and responsibilities; - Ensure compliance with Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety at Work standards. Requirements: - Logistics experience (preferred); - Team leadership experience (mandatory); - Two years of prior experience in similar roles; - User-level computer skills; - Analytical and problem-solving skills; - Valid driver's license for light vehicles; - Responsible and team-oriented; - Willingness to relocate; - Full and immediate availability; - Flexible working hours.
