Job Summary: We are seeking a Store Manager (m/f) to manage the store, optimize sales, and lead the team, ensuring adherence to the service model and internal guidelines. Key Highlights: 1. Manage the store at the level of image, team, and commercial objectives. 2. Lead and develop the team, ensuring excellent customer service. 3. Use profitability analysis to boost sales and implement actions. Integrated within the VNC Group—the largest Portuguese fashion retail group, operating over 150 stores nationwide and internationally—Vilanova is a brand developed and designed for a young, dynamic, and contemporary consumer. With the aim of continuing our growth, we seek to strengthen our team with a Store Manager (m/f). **Your day\-to\-day responsibilities will include:** * Adhere to and enforce the service model, instilling in the team the importance of customer attention; * Utilize key store profitability analysis tools for decision-making to boost sales and ensure implementation of necessary actions; * Manage the store at the level of image, team, and commercial objectives, in accordance with internal guidelines; * Plan, organize, and monitor store operations; * Ensure appropriate recruitment, onboarding, integration, and training of new employees; * Manage and promote the development of team members; **What we value:** * Completion of secondary education (12th grade) or a bachelor’s degree; * Minimum two years’ experience in similar roles; * User-level computer skills; * Experience in sales analysis and KPIs; * Leadership, team development, and management capabilities; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Customer orientation; * Flexibility regarding working hours.
