Job Summary: We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect / Pre-Sales to serve as a technical leader, define end-to-end architectures, and lead pre-sales activities in ServiceNow projects. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a ServiceNow Architect / Pre\-Sales within the Enterprise Optimization area, playing a critical role in defining end\-to\-end solutions, supporting commercial initiatives, and providing cross-functional technical leadership on ServiceNow projects. **Your Role:** * Serve as a cross-functional technical leader in ServiceNow initiatives; * Define and validate end\-to\-end architectures aligned with business requirements and best practices; * Lead pre-sales activities; * Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable technical solutions; * Assume the Tech Lead role during delivery, ensuring implementation quality and consistency; * Define development, integration, security, and governance standards; * Collaborate with business teams and stakeholders; * Support RFP/RFI processes, estimations, and roadmap definition; * Promote innovation and adoption of new ServiceNow platform capabilities. As your skills and ambitions evolve, we will work with you to identify future opportunities, projects, and career paths within our organization. **Your Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field; * Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT; * Proven experience in architecture, pre-sales, or technical leadership in ServiceNow projects; * Strong knowledge of ITSM and CSM (CRM) modules (experience in ITOM or HR is valued); * Ability to design end-to-end, multi-module solutions; * Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, middleware, MID Server); * Advanced ServiceNow knowledge (Data Model, Workflows / Flow Designer, Service Catalog); * Experience creating demos and technical storytelling (pre-sales); * Knowledge of frameworks such as ITIL, Agile, and DevOps; * Strong communication skills and team spirit; * Autonomy, proactivity, and critical thinking; * Excellent English proficiency (highly valued).
