We are BOARDRIDERS. We are looking for a dynamic and responsible **Snack/Bar Manager** to manage and develop the daily operations of our snack/bar at our Ericeira store. The selected candidate will be responsible for product preparation, team management, and ensuring high-quality service to customers. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage daily snack/bar operations * Prepare and supervise food and beverage preparation * Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety * Maintain cleanliness and order at the bar * Manage and optimize stock levels, bar wastage, and place orders * Supervise, motivate, and support the team * Guarantee professional and welcoming customer service standards * Define action plans to achieve set KPIs and sales targets **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Proven experience in food service/snack\-bar (minimum *\[X]* years) * Knowledge of food hygiene and safety * Leadership and organizational skills * Sense of responsibility and autonomy * Professional appearance and excellent communication skills * Flexible availability (weekends and holidays) * Proficiency in Portuguese (*additional languages are an asset*) Open to all talent, all our positions are adapted to meet the needs of people with disabilities.
