The school is recruiting an Administrative Assistant for the teaching area to ensure administrative support for academic activities and the institution’s daily operations.
**Responsibilities:**
Provide administrative support to the school;
Manage schedules, communications, and office tasks;
Coordinate meetings and prepare supporting materials;
Handle travel bookings and expense reports;
Maintain records and documents related to academic activities.
**Competencies:**
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Proficiency in office software and tools.
**Requirements:**
Secondary education or equivalent;
More than 3 years of experience in administrative roles;
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and set priorities.
