Job Summary: We are seeking a Web Designer to conceive and develop intuitive visual solutions and digital experiences for the Benfica Group's platforms, ensuring adherence to the Design System and visual identity. Stay updated on design trends and apply best practices Schedule: Full-Time Location: Stadium **PRIMARY FUNCTION MISSION** Design and develop intuitive, consistent, and responsive visual solutions and digital experiences for the Benfica Group's various websites and digital platforms, ensuring correct implementation of the Design System and the Sport Lisboa e Benfica brand visual identity. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** ✓ Design and implement landing pages, newsletters, and other digital content and assets across the Benfica Group's websites and digital platforms; ✓ Ensure accurate and detail-oriented content updates on the Benfica Group's website and digital platforms; ✓ Collaborate with development teams in implementing interfaces, ensuring seamless translation of design into web environments; ✓ Participate in all stages of the design process—from conceptualization, wireframing, and prototyping to final execution and implementation—ensuring proper adaptation of solutions for desktop, tablet, and mobile; ✓ Apply UX/UI, usability, and digital accessibility principles; ✓ Test developed solutions and identify opportunities to improve user experience, interface, and performance across various websites and platforms; ✓ Conceptualize and develop solutions in close coordination with different internal clients and Benfica Group teams, transforming business needs into effective digital solutions; ✓ Ensure adherence to defined timelines for development and delivery of proposals; ✓ Monitor Web Design, UX/UI, and digital technology trends, promoting and applying design best practices and standards. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND TRAINING** ✓ Degree in Web Design, Multimedia, or related field; ✓ Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Web Design, UI Design, or similar roles; ✓ Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, notably Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or equivalents; ✓ Solid knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3; ✓ Knowledge of JavaScript; ✓ Familiarity with CMS platforms, such as Sitecore; ✓ Basic SEO knowledge; ✓ Experience creating wireframes, design mockups, and interactive prototypes; ✓ Understanding of UI/UX, usability, and digital accessibility principles; ✓ Experience working in Agile methodology. **PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND SKILLS** ✓ Creativity and attention to detail; ✓ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; ✓ Ability to translate business requirements and needs into simple, effective visual solutions; ✓ Organization, planning, and deadline management; ✓ Critical thinking and ability to identify improvement opportunities; ✓ Communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams; ✓ Proactivity, autonomy, and adaptability; ✓ Interest in design and web technology trends and best practices.
