Job Summary: The Maintenance Support Engineering Technician is responsible for optimizing the lifecycle of equipment and facilities, maximizing the performance and efficiency of maintenance interventions. Collaboration in the development and monitoring of the Activity Plan **Job Mission:** Execute maintenance-related activities in alignment with senior management guidelines, established policies, and applicable regulations, thereby contributing to equipment and facility lifecycle optimization, maintenance intervention performance and efficiency maximization, compliance with quality, environment, and safety standards, and achievement of defined objectives. **Responsibilities:** May include: * Execute engineering activities underlying the Maintenance area to ensure achievement of departmental objectives and maximize equipment and facility performance; * Carry out internal procedures applicable to the Maintenance area aimed at ensuring efficient operation of related processes; * Collaborate in the development, proposal, and monitoring of the department’s Activity Plan and budget, to ensure contribution to departmental results and optimization of the equipment and facility infrastructure; * Consolidate and prepare supporting data for reporting and monitoring departmental activity, thereby providing, on one hand, timely, accurate, and reliable information to support analysis and decision-making, and, on the other, facilitating identification and implementation of improvement actions; * Depending on company/department requirements, the Maintenance Support Engineering Technician—under appropriate supervision, guidance, and/or training—may be authorized to perform tasks associated with other roles within the *Technical* segment. **Competencies:** * Organizational Commitment and *Compliance* * Focus on Excellence * Results Orientation * Rigor and Reliability * Analysis and Problem Solving * Electricity * Fixed Equipment \| Operation and Maintenance * Mobile Equipment \| Operation and Maintenance * Information Technology \| Office * Information Technology \| Specific Applicable Software * Applicable Legislation * Mechanics * Quality, Environment, and Safety * Waste Sector * Automation and Instrumentation * Maintenance Management * Hydraulics * Pneumatics **Academic Qualifications (indicative):** * Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or similar. **Notes:** \- Location: Mesquita de Baixo 8150 – 048 São Brás de Alportel (Algarve \- Portugal); * Base Salary: 1\.265,00€; * Meal Allowance: 8,00€ per worked day via meal card; * The company does not provide accommodation or transportation.
