We want someone with team spirit, a strong sense of responsibility, and the desire to grow with us. **Your responsibilities will include** * Welcoming and assisting guests, ensuring warm and personalized service from arrival to departure * Performing check\-in, check\-out, billing, and reservation management processes * Providing information about the hotel, its services, and city points of interest * Identifying and resolving situations that may impact guest experience * Collaborating with other departments to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience * Adhering to defined quality, safety, and service procedures * Contributing to a positive, organized, and motivating work environment **Who we’re looking for** * Previous experience in this role, preferably in the hospitality sector * Excellent communication and customer-oriented skills * Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail * Ability to work well in a team and value collaboration * Fluency in English (mandatory); knowledge of additional languages is a plus * Familiarity with Host PMS (preferred) * Availability for rotating shifts * Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop your skills **What we offer** * €15,387 gross annual salary * Meal allowance: €10.20 per working day * Flexible benefits program tailored to your needs * A light, relaxed, and energetic work environment * Birthday leave day * Health insurance after 6 months, extendable to family members (with employee co-payment) * Referral bonus program for bringing new talent to the team * Free psychological support via video call with OPP-certified psychologists * Employee assistance program covering psychological, social, legal, financial/tax, and pet-related support ***About Bomporto*** Heritage and history.
