Junior Project Manager – Hybrid (Lisbon) **Main Responsibilities:** * Technical Implementation Oversight: Serve as the specialized point of contact during service integration with external clients. Must be able to analyze functional and technical service documentation, supervise client testing, analyze encountered errors, and assist clients in resolving them. * Problem-Solving Ability & Critical Thinking: Analyze tests conducted by clients and flag detected errors/issues based on product functional and technical documentation. * Client Project Management * Risk and Conflict Management **Mandatory Technical Skills and Knowledge:** * Programming language knowledge: (Python; PHP; JavaScript; .Net), plus experience with Web Services and REST APIs. Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, PrestaShop, WooCommerce) is ideal. * Experience with Agile and Traditional Methodologies: Project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile—or others—adapted to specific client and project needs. * Planning and Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strategic vision and prioritize requirements efficiently. **Desirable Technical Skills and Knowledge:** * Experience in finance, payments, and/or digital solutions. * Experience in technical implementation roles, systems analysis, financial application support, and client integration. * Experience in technical implementation roles, systems analysis, financial application support, and client integration. * Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Atlassian JIRA / Confluence / Atlas. * Proficiency in spoken and written English and/or Spanish. * Knowledge of Quality Assurance testing. **Location:** Lisbon **Work Arrangement:** Hybrid (3 days per week in the office).
