Experience in institutional relations or education is valued Via Lusa is seeking an Institutional Relations Technician to strengthen its engagement with educational institutions in Portugal. Main Responsibilities: * Research universities, polytechnics, and vocational schools; **Identify admission opportunities, vacancies, courses, tuition fees, deadlines, and conditions for international students;** Verify information through official sources; **Contact institutions by phone and e\-mail and conduct follow\-up;** Schedule and attend institutional meetings; **Carry out occasional, pre\-agreed travel;** Record contacts, responses, documents, and opportunities in Via Lusa's internal platform; **Submit a brief weekly report of activities performed.** Candidate Profile: * Residency in Portugal; **Excellent oral and written communication skills in Portuguese;** Organization, responsibility, autonomy, and follow\-up capability; **Proficiency in using e\-mail and digital platforms;** Availability for occasional travel; **Prior experience in institutional relations, education, administrative, or commercial fields will be valued;** Ability to issue an invoice or receipt for services rendered in Portugal. Terms: * Service provision contract; **Up to 20 hours per month;** Flexible schedule, aligned with agreed activities; **Primarily remote work;** Pre\-authorized travel and eligible expenses reimbursed separately; **Initial collaboration and evaluation period of 60 days;** Fees determined according to experience and selected profile.
